Shipping Information

At The Monthly Momentum and Plan By Blog, we believe in intentional living and transparency—right down to the shipping and returns process. Here’s everything you need to know before your order arrives.
Processing Time:
Orders for physical products produced by The Monthly Momentum (like planners and stationery accessories) are processed within 3–5 business days. This does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders:
For pre-ordered items, estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page. Please note that these dates may change due to production or fulfillment delays. If there’s a change to your expected ship date, we’ll contact you via email.
Shipping Delays:
While we work hard to fulfill all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your planning tools, but we understand that sometimes things happen. Here’s what to expect if you need to initiate a return or exchange:
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges (The Monthly Momentum Products):
We accept returns or exchanges on physical products created and shipped directly by The Monthly Momentum if:

Your item is unused and in its original condition

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To start a return, email us at anna@themonthlymomentum.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital Products:
All digital and PDF downloads (such as PDFs, workbooks, and printable planning tools) are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items.
If you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us—we’re happy to help troubleshoot.
Affiliate or Third-Party Products:
Some products on our site are fulfilled by third-party sellers (such as Amazon) or purchased through affiliate links. In these cases:
