Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Monthly Momentum. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made to order, we maintain the following cancellation policy.


Physical Product Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Request to cancel

If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Orders That Have Already Shipped

Due to the limited, small-batch, and made-to-order nature of our planners and products, orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

If your order has already shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

You must follow our Return Policy:

  • Wait until the item has been delivered

  • Submit a return request by contacting anna@themonthlymomentum.com

  • Once your return is approved, ship the item back according to the instructions provided

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Refused Deliveries and Failure to Accept Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept delivery of an order, the order will be treated as a return.

Refunds will be issued only after the item is returned to us and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.


Digital Products Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically and immediately after purchase.

You will receive access via:

  • Download page after checkout

  • Email delivery

Digital products are not physically shipped.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.

Digital products:

  • Cannot be canceled

  • Cannot be returned

  • Cannot be refunded

By purchasing any digital product from The Monthly Momentum, you acknowledge and agree to the Digital Product License Agreement.


Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Chargeback Protection Clause

By placing an order, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Attempting to bypass this policy through a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may be considered a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy.
