We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product, we offer returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

4. Digital Products – No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Any downloadable files
Once a digital file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:

6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as Delivered by the carrier, The Monthly Momentum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking number shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

Check with neighbors or your delivery location
We are not obligated to replace or refund packages marked as delivered.
If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Replacement eligibility will be determined after carrier investigation.
We strongly recommend selecting secure delivery locations.
7. Non-Returnable Items

9. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item meets return eligibility requirements.
Digital products are excluded once accessed or downloaded.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
